(Senior) Consultant (Service) Operations

• You have completed a WO Master's in (Technical) Business Administration, Operations Management, Business Economics, Business Information Management, or a comparable study.
• 2 - 5 years of work experience in operations management or a comparable role, preferably in a senior position.
• You have experience with process improvement methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, or Agile.
• You are analytically strong, possess excellent communication skills, and are proficient in the Dutch and English languages (both oral and written).
• You are result-oriented with a strong focus on achieving project objectives and customer satisfaction.

• A suitable salary for your role and responsibility, depending on experience and qualifications. Plus, a good pension. Good for later. In addition to your salary, you also receive holiday allowance and an annual bonus (depending on results and development).
• You will receive a contract for 32-40 hours per week
• A laptop and phone that you may also use privately and a monthly internet allowance.

As a Senior Consultant Operations, you are responsible for translating strategic objectives into concrete actions.

• You advise on the design of operational processes and ensure that the impact on the organization is sustainable.
• By deploying data analysis and tooling, you measure and improve operational performance.
• You act as the link between different departments such as planning, production, control & finance and are able to inspire and guide teams through change processes.
