Experienced HR Manager | International SME

HatchTech is growing and developing towards a next phase. With that development, HR issues are also becoming broader and more complex. Therefore, we are strengthening our HR team with an experienced HR Manager.

We are explicitly looking for someone who brings broad senior HR experience. Someone who has seen various SME organizations from the inside and can oversee and tackle complex (HR) issues. You are a strong interlocutor for directors and management and, at the same time, practically minded. You are approachable and stand close enough to the organization to know what is happening.

The unique aspect of this role is that it is a duo role with our current HR Manager. Within HatchTech, we work this way in several places and it yields great results. You leverage each other's knowledge, experience, and strengths. Decisions are made from a broader perspective, you can replace each other when necessary, and towards the organization, you represent one clear HR direction together. Together, you form a strong team that advances HR further.

At HatchTech, we do not believe in simply following the beaten path. Therefore, we are looking for someone who knows how to translate experience into what fits our unique organization, which is constantly in motion. We are not looking for a copy of what already exists. It is precisely your knowledge, insights, and fresh perspective that should add something to the existing team. Our HR team consists of two HR Advisors and one HR Manager. The emphasis in this position is therefore less on leadership and primarily on substantive added value.

We are looking for an experienced HR professional who has earned their stripes in the profession. You bring:

• HBO+ or WO working and thinking level.

• Extensive experience, which we consider to be at least 10 years or more in a broad HR management or senior HR Business Partner role and within growing SME organizations.

• The ability to translate strategic issues into practical solutions.

• A pragmatic and entrepreneurial attitude.

• A good command of both Dutch and English.

• You live near Veenendaal (max 30 min), because we like it if you have a not too long commute.

  Nice to have

• Experience within an international organization.

• A salary between € 5,750.00 and € 7,500.00 gross per month based on 40 hours.

• 26 vacation days and the possibility to add 13 ADV days to that.

• 8% holiday allowance.

• Travel allowance of € 0.25 per kilometer with a maximum of 25 kilometers one way.

• Your pension is well arranged: we pay more than half.
