That is why we are looking for an HR & Project Manager who ensures that our HR matters are well-organized and who also enjoys taking on projects that move Sense forward.

As HR & Project Manager, you ensure that our people and organization grow along with Sense. You are responsible for daily HR practice: from recruitment and onboarding to contracts, development, performance, and absenteeism. You support employees and managers, maintain an overview, and ensure that things are arranged well and on time.

In addition, you devote time to projects. These could be HR projects, but could just as easily be international, commercial, or operational projects. You bring structure, involve the right people, and ensure that plans are actually executed.

• You are the first point of contact for daily HR questions from employees and managers.

• You guide inflow, development, performance, absenteeism, and outflow.

• You handle employment contracts and other HR documentation and monitor important milestones.

• You ensure that the payroll administration is correct every month and that all changes are processed correctly and in a timely manner.

• You handle recruitment: from drafting vacancies and conducting interviews to the offer and onboarding.

• You think along about roles, teams, salaries, and employment conditions.

• You support our international teams with HR issues and liaise with local specialists where necessary.

• You improve HR processes and working methods where necessary.

• You take on organization-wide projects and ensure a clear goal, planning, responsibilities, and follow-up.

• To do this, you work together with colleagues from, among others, Sales, Marketing, Development, WLS, Finance, Operations, and our international teams.

You don't need to know everything yourself or be a substantive specialist in everything. However, we do expect you to look things up, involve the right people, and ensure that things get settled.

We are looking for someone who enjoys HR, but also likes to look beyond the traditional HR field. You are hands-on, love variety, and get energy from an organization that is still very much under construction.

• You have HBO/WO working and thinking level, for example in HRM, business administration, or similar.

• You have approximately 3-7 years of relevant work experience.

• You have a good basic knowledge of Dutch labor law.

• You have broad HR experience, for example with recruitment, contracts, performance, and absenteeism.

• You have experience in independently taking on and realizing projects.

• You speak and write good Dutch and English.

• Experience with international HR is a plus.

You take ownership, are people-oriented as well as business-oriented, and bring structure without making everything complicated. You see what is needed, take action, and get things done.
