As HR Manager, you are responsible for HR within PINK. From daily practice to where we want to stand as an organization in a few years.

You are the point of contact for colleagues and managers and ensure that the HR foundation is in place. Recruitment, onboarding, contracts, absenteeism, performance, and development: it all belongs to your role. You conduct conversations, maintain oversight, arrange what needs to be arranged, and ensure that processes run smoothly.

But we are emphatically looking for someone who looks beyond that.

PINK is continuously growing and developing. You think ahead about what that means for our people and for the organization. How do we ensure people continue to develop? What does growth demand from managers? Which processes are still missing? And what can we do differently today to be a better organization later? You have ideas about that, see opportunities, and independently translate them into concrete plans.

In addition, you get a lot of freedom and responsibility. There isn't a ready-made answer for every HR issue, and there is also no one constantly telling you what the next step should be. You have the knowledge and experience to set your own course, make choices, and get things moving. Of course, you coordinate where necessary, but the ownership lies with you.

And for that, you must know what is happening. You are visible within PINK, know the people, and are someone whom colleagues and managers can easily approach. Precisely because you stand close to the organization, you see where something is rubbing, missing, or could be better, and you take charge of it.

That deliberately makes this role broad. One day you are working on a plan that moves PINK forward as an organization, the next day you are conducting an absenteeism conversation, working on a vacancy, or arranging a contract change. Strategy and operations, then.

In short: we are not looking for an HR Manager who only manages what is already there. We are looking for someone who fully takes ownership of HR: manages the foundation well, looks ahead, and constantly brings PINK one step further through HR.
