As a business product analyst, you are the link between the users and the product teams. You ensure that digital products meet the right requirements and that they are deployed effectively.

• you analyze current business processes, discover inefficiencies, and help design new processes;
• you collect user requirements, translate these into concrete product features, and help the product owner in prioritizing these requirements;
• you conduct user tests to ensure that the product meets the needs;
• you support the product teams in improving the user experience and ensure higher adoption of the product;
• you are the contact person for users reporting problems and help to resolve them.

You will join one of the product teams within our department. Business Platform Flight deals with various core processes in preparation for and during the flight. This ranges from training pilots on time so they are qualified to fly, to optimizing the planning of crew, fuel, and onboard meals.

We are looking for BPAs in the following Value Streams:

• Air Traffic Management: Supporting Flight Operations to fly as efficiently as possible within the KLM network.
• Planning & Rostering: Supporting Inflight Services (cabin crew) and flight operations (flight crew) in the complex process of creating and maintaining crew rosters, taking into account all EASA regulations and CBA requirements.
