Head of Carrier and Product Management - Cyber Insurance in The Hague

You combine cyber insurance, product development, and carrier management. In this key role, you are responsible for the insurance portfolio and MGA partnerships of Eye Security and develop scalable solutions for our European markets.

• You further develop our cyber insurance products in Germany, the Netherlands, Austria, and other countries, linking them closely with our Cyber Guard and Incident Response offering. You coordinate external partners as needed.

• You track market, carrier, and broker trends and specifically adapt products and policy wording.

• You support the underwriting team and our customers with legal and insurance-related questions.

• You identify compliance risks in all markets early on and implement legally compliant solutions for the respective jurisdiction.

• You drive the introduction of a modular product concept and scale processes through automation.

• You manage carrier management legally and strategically. You negotiate and are responsible for concluding insurer contracts in the EU and the United Kingdom and manage capacities for SMEs and large risks.

• You build a stable, long-term, and diversified carrier base that best meets our business model.

• You are responsible for all MGA contracts, coordinate renewals, and build a claims management system that connects our profitability goals with carrier requirements.

• You possess sound legal knowledge in the field of cyber insurance in Germany, the Netherlands, or another EU country. A legal qualification as an attorney or comparable legal expertise is a plus.

• You bring several years of experience with cyber products and policy wordings from underwriting and/or claims handling.

• You understand cyber compliance and regulatory requirements and have practical experience with incident response and prevention solutions.

• You think entrepreneurially, work in a structured and detail-oriented manner, and want to build and scale something.

• You work independently, present yourself confidently, and are reliable. You succeed in bringing others along with you.

• You negotiate confidently with customers and partners, are resilient, and take responsibility.

• You communicate confidently in English as well as in German or Dutch.
