As Product Lead On-Prem & Cloud Infrastructure, you are hierarchically responsible for the entire infrastructure platform team, both on-prem and cloud (Azure). You lead engineers and product owners and bring these platform services to a higher level of maturity. How exactly you realize this? That is up to you. You will apply your talents to:

• hierarchically leading the broad infrastructure platform team, including product owners and engineers, for on-prem and cloud.
• shaping the strategy, roadmap, and priorities for the On-Prem & Cloud Infrastructure platform as a cohesive product.
• realizing the transformation toward platform engineering, with automation, self-service, and standardization as the norm.
• ensuring quality, continuity, security, and cost-efficiency across the entire business-critical infrastructure landscape.
• building craftsmanship, ownership, and growth for engineers and product owners within the team.

• You combine hierarchical leadership, product responsibility, and technical content across Schiphol's entire infrastructure foundation, from on-prem data centers to Azure cloud.
• The On-Prem & Cloud Infrastructure team is known for craftsmanship, automation, and clear standards. Here, engineers, product owners, and platforms are matured together under a single vision.

Enterprise Technology is the department where all generic IT is brought together. The department delivers standardized building blocks—such as infrastructure, platform services, connectivity, and digital workplace services—which are used by the Business Platforms for the development and management of their domain-specific solutions. Enterprise Technology thus functions as the technological foundation within Digital & Technology and enables the Business Platforms to focus on value creation for their business domain.
