We reward you with a salary between € 6,000.00 and € 7,500.00 gross per month, based on 40 hours per week;

Naturally, we have 8% holiday allowance.
Travel expenses of € 0.25 per kilometer with a maximum of 25 km one way.

Do you want to build the energy supply for hatcheries all over the world? Do you have a clear vision for sustainable energy systems and do you get energized by developing smart, scalable products? Then this role as Manager Product Engineering Energy Systems at HatchTech is for you.
In this full-time position (internally we call this role Product Group Owner Energy), you are responsible for the complete Energy product group. Together with your team of 5 people and growing, you will develop modular solutions for heating, cooling, ventilation, compressed air, electricity, and other energy supplies around our incubators. In doing so, you look not only at today, but also at the hatchery of the future: energy-efficient, modular, and scalable pushed to the max.
You combine technical depth with entrepreneurship, product development, and team leadership. In addition, you will receive plenty of room to provide direction to the strategy, roadmap, and innovation of the product group.
As Manager Product Engineering Energy Systems, you steer the development of the complete product group. You translate complex energy systems into smart, modular building blocks. Your responsibilities include:
Developing a vision and roadmap for the Energy product group.
Developing and improving energy-efficient products and systems.
Integrating cooling, heating, and energy systems within our total solutions.
Setting up, expanding, and supervising a team of engineers.
Initiating and leading development projects within the existing project structure.
Assessing customer feedback and translating it into improvements.
Collaborating with Product Group Owners of Incubators and Software & Control.
Developing tools that allow Sales to easily assemble the correct configurations.
Presenting (and prioritizing) new concepts, innovations, and investment proposals to management.
You work from the principle of modularity and standardization: products must be deployable, scalable, and easy to apply worldwide. A bit like IKEA, but for industrial energy systems.
You are an experienced specialist who combines technology, vision, and leadership. You enjoy reducing complex issues to smart and practical solutions.
Experience as a Site Reliability Engineer or in a similar role.
