Sr. Solution Consultant

As a SuccessFactors Solution Consultant, you have a crucial role in developing and supporting our core HR platform, with the goal of making the work experience of our approximately 4,000 employees easier every day.
In this role, you provide direction from an IT perspective for the development of the HR platform. You advise on the further development of SAP SuccessFactors and SAP Payroll. You translate business issues into suitable solutions and take a leading role in complex changes and projects. In doing so, you work closely with business stakeholders and suppliers to continuously improve processes, data, and technology. You will apply your talents to:

• translating HR and business needs into future-proof solutions within SAP SuccessFactors and related HR systems such as MyChoice (Benefits), Verzuimportaal (Absence), SchipholGo (Mobility), Docusign and DocumentGenerator, up to the chain with IAM.
• translating these possibilities and wishes into advice, roadmapping, and priorities.
• realizing successful changes by working closely with Product Owners, Architects, HR teams, and external partners.
• directing the collaboration with our AMS supplier (Application Management Services).
• monitoring the coherence within the HR IT landscape, including integrations with payroll, identity, and other business applications.
• initiating and guiding improvement and change processes that contribute to an optimal employee experience.

• HBO+ working and thinking level, supplemented with extensive experience within HR-IT.
• at least 8 years of experience as an SAP SuccessFactors Consultant or Solution Consultant, with in-depth knowledge of Employee Central, Onboarding, and Job Profile Builder.
• demonstrable experience with complex SuccessFactors landscapes, including integrations, IAM, and authorization processes.
• experience in an advisory role where you translate business needs into HR-IT solutions, roadmaps, and change initiatives.
• experience in advising senior stakeholders, challenging existing ways of working, and realizing decision-making regarding complex HR and IT issues.
• strong analytical skills and the ability to quickly grasp complex processes, issues, and dependencies.
• good command of the Dutch and English languages, both spoken and written.
• knowledge of Talent Intelligence Hub, Career Development, Learning, and SmartRecruiters is a plus.

• € 5,703 to € 7,912 gross per month (scale 13).
