• MBO working and thinking level.
• Good command of the Dutch and English languages, both spoken and written.
• Experience with or affinity for administrative systems and Microsoft Office.

• Processing and handling declarations according to applicable customs legislation.
• Checking data for accuracy, completeness, and quality in our systems.
• Performing internal controls on files and customs processes.
• Ensuring correct and complete customs administration.
• Identifying, registering, and resolving deviations and irregularities.
• Maintaining contact with customers, freight forwarders, and internal colleagues.
• Supporting various customs-administrative activities.
• Contributing to improvement initiatives and projects within the Customs department.
• Working according to applicable safety, quality, and compliance guidelines.
