Customer Service & Logistics Employee

• Have an mbo-level education, preferably in logistics, transport, customer service, or administration — experience with logistics administration or transport documents is a plus;

• Work accurately and think ahead — you know that a small administrative error in logistics can have major consequences;

• Get energy from structure, switching tasks, and collaborating and remain calm when the day takes an unexpected turn;

• Are customer- and service-oriented, and simultaneously practical and solution-oriented;

• communicate excellently in Dutch and English, both verbally and in writing.

• You support four to five account managers within a fixed product-market combination, allowing you to truly get to know the customers, products, and routes;

• Administrative processing: you check and process transport orders, documents, customer agreements, and invoice data to perfection;

• Customer and partner contact: you coordinate with customers, internal departments, and external partners such as shipping companies, rail companies, and cleaning stations;

• Proactive thinking: you monitor the details, signal deviations, and propose solutions when the planning or execution requires it.
