What we're looking for

  • Master's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in strategic positions within the Logistics Industry or Management Consulting, Air and Ocean Freight Forwarding knowledge is a plus.
  • Track record of successful high-impact project implementations.
  • Demonstrated leadership potential with the ambition to progress into future management positions.
  • Strong entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to identify growth opportunities and drive business impact.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to prepare and deliver executive-level presentations.
  • Commercial awareness and business acumen.
  • Ability to think strategically while ensuring operational execution.
  • Fluency in written and spoken English.
  • Willingness to undertake international assignments and relocate within Europe during career progression.

The role

What you'll do

  • Support the development of the regional and country corporate strategy and assist in prioritizing initiatives and allocating resources and ensure alignment between global strategy, regional objectives and country execution plans.
  • Lead high-impact strategic initiatives that drive measurable improvements in business performance, organizational effectiveness and long-term growth, taking full ownership from opportunity identification through implementation and successful execution.
  • Support with definition of budgets and monthly performance reviews.
  • Analyze financial and operational performance to identify opportunities for improvement and to support management decision-making.
  • Monitor key business KPIs and establish reporting structures for strategic initiatives.
  • Benchmark country and departmental performance against internal and external best practices.
  • Prepare communication materials for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Prepare and participate in management reviews, strategic workshops and leadership forums.
  • Track key decisions and follow up on agreed actions
  • Coordinate special assignments from Senior Leadership
  • Represent Senior Leadership in selected meetings or projects where appropriate
  • Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, transparency and collaboration within the geographical scope.
  • Lead and support digitalization initiatives and process optimization projects.
  • Promote best-practice sharing across European countries.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives aligned with regional and corporate objectives.
