• 3-6 years of experience with IT strategy and/or portfolio management.

• skills to bring structure to complex environments and to deliver high-quality results even under time pressure.

• € 5703 to € 7912 gross per month (scale 13).

• As a Program Expert, you have a direct impact on the IT and data products that keep the airport running reliably, safely, and future-proof every day.
• You will work together with Portfolio Managers, Strategic Advisors, and Project Managers on the new Business Platform Commercial & Group (BPCG) within Digital & Technology (D&T).
• We are going for it: Schiphol must belong to the top 3 of European airports.

As a Program Expert, you contribute to the successful realization of strategic programs and the establishment of coherent and substantiated portfolio management within BPCG. You connect content, decision-making, and execution across domains. How exactly you realize this? That is up to you. We rely on the way you pursue goals with enthusiasm and determination, know how to convince others of your vision, and overcome obstacles with confidence. You will apply your talents to:

• translating IT and business strategy into roadmaps and concrete D&T initiatives.
• translating business needs into future-proof solution directions within the frameworks of strategy, business, and D&T.
• monitoring the coherence between strategic goals, portfolio, and change initiatives.
• guiding the preparatory phase for tenders and seeking alignment with business, architecture, procurement, security, and privacy.
• supporting the portfolio and investment process within BPCG, from initiative to decision-making, and guiding the MT and product leads in this.
• preparing and structuring decision-making by drafting scenarios, impact analyses, advice, and business cases.
• supporting the prioritization of initiatives based on value, risk, cost, and capacity, and seeking alignment on this with business and D&T stakeholders.
• preparing financial (capex) overviews and management reports.
• identifying dependencies, priorities, and bottlenecks within and between programs.
