Are you an experienced Account Manager within contract logistics or 3PL and do you get energy from further developing existing customers? Are you looking for a role in which you not only maintain relationships, but actually have influence on commercial growth, customer satisfaction, and strategic decision-making?
Then this is your chance.
For our warehousing activities, we are looking for a Key Account Manager who will be responsible for a select number of strategic key accounts. You have sharp insight into their needs and know how to translate these into innovative solutions and services. You manage a portfolio of 2 to 4 strategic customers
You are responsible for customer development, relationship management, and contract management. You actively drive growth, customer value, and commercial opportunities.
You work closely with operations and literally have your "feet in the clay." You follow up on bottlenecks and translate these into suggestions for process optimization within the site; lean principles and continuous improvement are important supporting methodologies in this regard.
You work for customers in diverse sectors such as Technology, Healthcare, and Industrial
You get plenty of room to take independent initiatives and exert influence on commercial decisions and implementations in the operation
As Key Account Manager, you are responsible for maintaining, developing, and expanding a number of our most important customer relationships.

Initiating and supporting new implementations for existing customers
Monitoring customer satisfaction and driving improvement of the NPS score
Acting as a pivot between customer, operation, site management, and other internal stakeholders
Reporting results, risks, and growth opportunities to management
In this role, you will receive a lot of responsibility and influence.
You are responsible for:
A portfolio of 2 to 4 key accounts
Approximately € 10 million revenue
Realization of growth objectives within existing customers
Improvement of customer satisfaction and long-term partnerships
Identifying and capitalizing on commercial opportunities
