The role
What you'll do
You are a central figure and the link between sales, customers, and logistical operations when recruiting new customers and retaining existing ones. Your activities include, among other things, thinking along with the customer regarding logistical issues, preparing quotations, following up on sales leads, and providing ad-hoc rates. Naturally, you will also have direct and daily contact with our customers and international agents.
ABOUT YOU
- MBO-4 level
- Excellent command of the Dutch and English languages, both spoken and written
- Knowledge of MS Office
- Knowledge of air and sea transport legislation (or willing to learn everything about it)
- General knowledge of the transport market and rates, aviation legislation, and customs matters
- Excellent communication and social skills
- Administratively accurate and stress-resistant
- Customer- and result-oriented and knowledge of commercial processes
