As a Sales Executive at Nextens, you will be in daily conversation with finance professionals who work with our online tax solutions. You are their first point of contact: you answer questions, solve problems, and think proactively alongside them. But you do more than that. Through your sincere interest, you hear exactly what is happening and, during these conversations, you recognize commercial opportunities that you know how to exploit in a natural way.

You work with experts who use our products for complex tax and legal issues. You do not need to be a tax expert yourself: with your curiosity and our internal training, you will quickly learn how to advise customers optimally. In this way, you combine top-tier service with commercial insight and contribute to both customer retention and revenue growth.

• Customer questions & Service: You answer incoming questions and ensure a professional and personal solution in the event of problems or complaints;
• Capitalizing on commercial opportunities: You listen sharply, recognize needs during customer conversations, and translate upsell and expansion opportunities into concrete actions;
• Proactive advising: You advise customers on the best additional solutions within the Nextens portfolio;
• Collaborating for success: You coordinate closely with Sales, Customer Success, and other teams to ensure the customer journey proceeds perfectly;
• Process improvement: You actively contribute ideas on how we can continuously improve our services and customer processes.

• Your background: Experience in sales, customer service, or inside sales is a great advantage, but we find motivation and the right drive more important!
