Sales Operations Specialist

Join our commercial team - where growth, customer relationships, and sustainable impact come together. As a Sales Operations Specialist, you play a central role in supporting our sales activities and ensuring that our commercial processes run smoothly.

In this role, you are the connecting link between customers, Account Managers, Operations, Finance, and other internal teams. You support the sales team in preparing quotes, processing customer information, and guiding commercial trajectories. Additionally, you ensure that customer inquiries quickly reach the right colleagues and provide relevant documentation and information, for example, regarding laws and regulations or sustainability.

You are responsible for managing our general mailbox and telephone line and ensure that requests and questions are handled efficiently. You also support tender processes, administrative matters regarding contracts, invoices, and payments, and help resolve any ambiguities towards customers.

Additionally, you play an important role in managing and improving our commercial data. You keep customer data up to date in NetSuite, support price changes, and work together with Finance to ensure high data quality. With your eye for detail, you analyze commercial data, support customer satisfaction and performance issues, and help identify opportunities for process improvements.

You actively think along about how we can design our sales processes more smartly and efficiently - both in our systems and in the way we collaborate. You also support various long-term projects that contribute to the further professionalization and growth of Greener.

• You have 2 to 5 years of work experience in a commercial inside sales, sales support, customer support, or similar role 

• You possess HBO (Higher Professional Education) level of work and thinking 

• You speak and write fluently in Dutch and English. German is a plus. 

• You work in a structured manner, are administratively strong, and easily maintain an overview 

• You are proactive, communicative, and switch effortlessly between different stakeholders 

• Experience with CRM or ERP systems (such as NetSuite) is a plus 

• Affinity with the energy sector or sustainability is a bonus
