• No two days are the same. One moment you are advising a customer on the right parts, the next you are communicating with suppliers, processing an order, or ensuring that an order is arranged to perfection.

• Customers rely on your advice. Via telephone, email, and various ordering platforms, you primarily help business customers find the right parts and suitable solutions.

• With your commercial insight, you prepare quotes, process orders, and keep a close eye on the ordering process. This way, customers always know where they stand.

• Everything also runs smoothly behind the scenes thanks to you. You handle returns, order parts from the manufacturer, and ensure correct administrative processing, including invoicing.

At Hedin Automotive Parts, you work together with dedicated colleagues. Here, we ensure that original car parts arrive quickly and correctly in the right place. From our central warehouse and our hubs, we deliver parts daily to our own branches as well as to external customers, such as garages and repair shops throughout the Netherlands. • Have at least MBO-4 work and thinking level, preferably in a commercial or technical direction.

• Have an affinity with automotive. Experience with car parts is a plus, but we find interest and eagerness to learn more important than knowledge or experience.

• Are commercially minded and enjoy advising and helping customers further.

• Are digitally skilled and quickly master new systems, such as Partslink24, Supplier RT, B2B Connect, and Autoline.

• Work accurately, communicate professionally, and maintain an overview, even when multiple requests come in at the same time.
