As a supply chain - production planner, you are responsible for production planning, calling off materials, raw materials, and additives, forecasting the need for materials, raw materials, and additives, and managing the inventory of both finished products and materials, raw materials, and additives for the Benelux organization. You form the hub between production, suppliers, and internal customers. As a planner, you will be challenged to solve planning issues. Due to the speed of switching and the complexity of the environment, it is not a simple task, but with your helicopter view and because you can think in structures, you know how to accurately assess what the best solution is for the situation and can quickly make a well-considered decision. You intuitively sense how to adapt your communication to different levels and cultures (international) and you communicate internally in a timely manner about changes to the short-term planning. You are the one who adjusts the process when changes occur. And even if something goes wrong once, this does not stop you and you remain focused on the goal. In this fun role, you will receive a lot of personal responsibility and freedom to fulfill the function according to your own insights. There is also room in this role to contribute ideas for process improvements.
