As Assistant Syrup Room Team Leader, you ensure that daily production runs smoothly. You monitor the planning, support colleagues on the shop floor, and are responsible for the preparation of syrups, the unloading of raw materials, and the execution of quality controls. Additionally, you replace the Team Leader during absences, provide technical guidance to operators, and actively contribute to the continuous improvement of the department.
