Once our quote is agreed upon, you will become the point of contact for our client. You will ensure clear project planning, sufficient resources and means at the right time, and good coordination with our clients. You will have already contributed your thoughts during the quoting phase so that the content of the quote is no surprise to you.

You excel in setting up, managing, and realizing complex projects. You know how to translate project issues into a suitable approach or service for our clients. In doing so, you do not hesitate to deliver bad news to the client, naturally accompanied by a solution. You also keep a sharp eye on the project frameworks and discuss with the client what the (financial) consequences are of exceeding these frameworks.

You know how to translate the experiences you gain in projects into improvements or developments in processes and realize these in consultation with your colleagues.

Your tasks and responsibilities include, among other things, the following:

• Ensuring the realization of projects based on a project plan, which includes planning, budget, quality, and client requirements;

• Monitoring the continuity, quality, efficiency, and productivity of the work execution within projects;

• Ensuring up-to-date administration in the relevant systems, including the timely closing of projects.

• Leading complex projects involving multiple disciplines, where you know how to coordinate the various interests;

• Maintaining an effective network of relevant stakeholders at clients;

• Identifying and developing new sales/project opportunities and translating these into project proposals;

· Affinity with IT, Telecom and/or Cloud services;

· At least HBO (higher professional education) working and thinking level;

· Good communication skills;

· You can demonstrate with examples that you can work well independently and find the balance yourself between the interests of the client and our organization. Where necessary, you coordinate with your manager or stakeholders.

· You can maintain an overview and foresee the consequences of changing insights and circumstances.

· You are decisive;

· You are both service-oriented/customer-oriented and commercially oriented.
