SAP (S4/HANA) Project Manager

You have:

• You have at least 5 years of experience as a project manager within SAP trajectories, of which at least 2 years with S/4HANA. Experience with greenfield and brownfield implementations is a plus
• Experience in project management (and preferably certifications in PM methodology such as Prince2) and end-to-end implementations in complex IT environments
• Strong communication skills and experience in collaborating with both business stakeholders and technical teams
• Experience in leading international, cross-functional teams and carrying budget and final responsibility
• You make conscious use of AI tools, critically assess output, and use technology to work smarter

As an SAP Project Manager at Capgemini, you will work on complex and mission-critical SAP transformations for leading clients in both the public and private sectors. You will lead projects and have a direct impact on the strategic direction. You are the connecting factor between business and IT, switching effortlessly between executive tables and delivery teams. Thanks to your leadership, vision, and hands-on approach, you deliver projects that are not only technically sound but also add real value to the client. You will work in multidisciplinary teams within a dynamic, international environment where innovation and collaboration are central.

• Realizing impactful SAP transformation programs at leading organizations, from implementation and rollout to migration to SAP S/4HANA

• Connecting business, IT, and executive stakeholders by developing strategic roadmaps, managing risks, and successfully guiding change

• Leading and developing project teams, ensuring high-quality delivery, effective collaboration, and continuous improvement of processes and working methods
