Do you want to learn how the quality of fraud files, data analysis, and professional judgment can contribute to proactive quality improvement?

Summary

As an intern at Rabobank, you will learn how to conduct practice-oriented research and contribute to improving the quality of fraud files. You will analyze representative fraud files, findings from quality controls, and monitoring information within FEC Fraud. With your research, you help to recognize quality risks earlier and implement improvements in a more targeted and sustainable manner.

In short:

What do you learn and do as an intern?

  • You analyze a selection of representative fraud files and investigate the signals, information, analyses, and professional judgments that underlie decisions.
  • You investigate how internal quality controls, First Line Monitoring, and other available quality information can make patterns, trends, and blind spots visible.
  • You map out how FEC Fraud currently adjusts based on quality findings and what makes these interventions effective.
  • You investigate how processes, professional judgment, behavior, and team culture support or hinder sustainable quality improvement.
  • You translate your findings into a practical proposal, for example in the form of quality indicators, interventions, a working method, or a prototype.

We will determine the final form of your end product together with you. You will be given the space to explore different methods and directions for solutions. You can also challenge existing assumptions and working methods with well-substantiated recommendations.
