Odido wants to make BI dashboards available centrally in one single BI platform. To achieve this, dashboards from existing platforms must be migrated to the new platform. This change also applies to self-service dashboards and the respective builders of these.

Additionally, this transition requires a new way of working regarding documentation. From the perspective of Data Governance and AI Assurance, it is important that dashboards are recorded clearly, completely, and in a structured manner. The plan of approach is ready; the challenge lies in the execution and in involving all stakeholders in this change.

We are looking for a: Change Management Intern Data & BI for 4-6 months, starting immediately.

• Translating the existing change plan into concrete implementation activities.

• Identifying and guiding dashboard builders and other stakeholders through the various phases of change.

• Organizing and facilitating information sessions, training, and generic support.

• Developing supporting communication, instructional material, and guidelines.

• Increasing awareness regarding the new way of working for dashboard migration and documentation.

• Monitoring progress, signaling bottlenecks, and performing appropriate interventions.

• Collaborating with various teams within Odido to realize adoption of the change.

• Applying the ADKAR model as a theoretical basis for the change activities.
