Assistant Shop Manager (20–28 hours)

As Assistant Shop Manager, you will work 20 to 28 hours per week. You share responsibilities with the Shop Manager and, in participating stores, a second Assistant Shop Manager. This means you are not alone and you get the space to make a difference together.

That is why we offer this position for 20 to 28 hours per week.

Together, we look at how we can best align your working days with the store schedule and your personal situation. Weekend shifts are distributed fairly via a rotation schedule.

• A good salary: € 2,650 to € 2,750 gross per month based on 38 hours, pro rata to your contract hours.
• An attractive bonus scheme: an average of € 450 to € 750 gross per month on a full-time basis, depending on results.
