Shop Manager

Leader of the team. That is the role you take on as a shop manager. You set a clear direction and manage all employees in a coaching manner. The day begins with a kick-off. How is everyone doing? Is everyone excited? Together with your team, you determine the objectives and areas for improvement. How are you going to achieve results today?

You ensure that your team consists of satisfied employees. And of course, you do not forget the customer. If they are satisfied, then you are too. Turnover is a valuable gauge for the results of your shop. To ensure satisfied employees, satisfied customers, and good turnover, you continue to train your employees. You perform role-plays when there is time. Furthermore, you maintain contact with fellow shop managers to learn from them. In your work, you deal with:

• Optimal staff planning, turnover, and the budget of your store;
• Analyzing results to realize growth and development for your store;
• Coaching and managing employees.

• Good salary between € 2,900 and € 3,000 gross per month;
• Quarterly bonus of € 1,600, but often even more;

In addition, you bring:

• HBO (Higher Professional Education) working and thinking level;
• Work experience in a sales role;
• You have acquired commercial skills in any industry;
• Leadership experience, which can also be in volunteer work, hospitality, or sports;
• A flexible schedule where working on weekends is not a problem.
