Internship - Event Marketing - Start January 2027

Yesterday, you reviewed the 2027 annual plan with your supervisor. So, you know where your priorities lie for each event and coordinate this accordingly. Today, you start planning the invitations for Innovation Day, which consists of an eDM, a DM, and an inspiring video. Before lunch, you perform some administrative tasks and ensure that all questions in your mailbox are answered. In the afternoon, you have a marketing meeting and you close the day by working on one of your projects, such as coordinating an event registration page or the satisfaction survey from our previous event.

We are looking for an Event Marketing Intern with a passion for business-to-business customers and preferably with a proven sense for organizing. You are driven and a real go-getter who enjoys getting a lot of work done and meeting your deadlines. You are able to multitask, remain calm under pressure, and stand firm in your shoes. You possess a hands-on mentality and are a true team player.

Furthermore, you bring the following:

• HBO (Higher Professional Education) level of working and thinking;
• You think in terms of opportunities and possibilities and know how to present your ideas well and bring others along with you;
• You are result-oriented, independent, and driven;
• You possess excellent social and communication skills;
• You are accurate with administrative tasks;
• Excellent command of the Dutch & English language, both spoken and written;
• You are following a higher professional education (HBO) program in marketing & are looking for a working internship;
