We offer you a great internship. The onboarding program ensures that, as a new intern, you quickly feel part of the team. There is plenty of room to learn and grow. In this environment, you can gain a wealth of experience. Naturally, this is under excellent guidance from your internship supervisor and close colleagues.
During your internship, it is not only about gaining substantive knowledge and practical experience, but you also actively work on your professional development and expanding your network. CASt, the Club ABN AMRO Interns, organizes both substantive and social (online) events. Additionally, CASt organizes monthly Go & See's to get acquainted with different departments within ABN AMRO. This way, you get to know the bank even better. You also get the opportunity to further develop your hard skills through the ABN AMRO Academy by means of challenging e-learnings.
The internship allowance for an mbo, hbo, or wo internship is €750 per month based on a 36-hour work week.
The Strategy Execution & Implementation (SE&I) team at ABN AMRO Bank is the center of expertise for change within the bank. From SE&I, consultants work on strategic and complex change assignments that contribute to the execution of the bank's strategy. Think of digitalization, integrating new acquisitions, and implementing new laws and regulations.
As an intern, you will become part of the Consultancy Pool within SE&I. This pool forms the foundation of the department and focuses on developing a broad consulting skillset. Consultants are deployed flexibly on diverse change assignments across various expertises and departments within the bank. Through this central positioning, they build broad knowledge of ABN AMRO and increase the bank's execution power, with less dependency on external consultancy.
Within this context, we are looking for a curious and entrepreneurial HBO or WO student who wants to contribute to the further adoption of AI and GenAI within projects. Do you want to gain experience with smart tools such as Copilot and discover how AI truly adds value in daily practice? Then this is your chance.
As an AI & GenAI Intern focusing on adoption and practical examples, you help colleagues to apply AI effectively in their work. You support project teams, develop concrete use cases, and translate opportunities into practical applications that add direct value. In doing so, you act as a bridge between AI tools and daily project practice within ABN AMRO.
You work closely with project teams and AI specialists to make AI practically applicable. No two days are the same: one day you help a project manager with better prompts, the next day you give a short demo. Furthermore:
Do you have a strong interest in AI and do you enjoy experimenting and making a direct impact? Do you like working with others and helping colleagues embrace new tools? Then we are looking for you!
We need new people who can make a difference. People like you. Because there is still a world to win.
