As a Customer Validation Intern at Rabobank, you will learn to conduct customer research, analyze customer behavior, and translate insights into concrete improvements. You will work within the Online domain in a multidisciplinary project team. You will contribute to a customer portal in which customers can save calculations, make a mortgage appointment, and create a personal profile.

Preference is given to an internship linked to a graduation research or research assignment. The research must offer room for adjustments, because the substantive direction depends on what customers say.

The desired start period is between early January and late February and the duration is approximately 5 months, but further coordination is possible regarding this.

Is this internship suitable if I have little work experience?

Yes. Professional work experience is not a requirement. With experiences from your studies, research projects, volunteer work, a part-time job, or a previous internship, you can demonstrate that you possess the requested skills.

What am I going to learn and do?

You will learn to combine customer interviews with product data and translate your findings into recommendations for online mortgage tools. You will also learn to present customer insights clearly to a multidisciplinary project team.

What guidance will I receive?

You will receive practical guidance from members of the project team. Who will become the main supervisor and how the guidance will be exactly distributed has not yet been determined.
