The role

This is what you will do

In this role, you are responsible for processing and handling cases that come in via our partner portal. You assess incoming requests, process data correctly in the systems, and ensure that every case is handled with care. In doing so, you work accurately, maintain an overview, and coordinate with colleagues or other departments where necessary to reach the right solution.

Additionally, you handle cases for our product SimWallet, where you have direct contact with customers who have questions about this product. Here too, it is important that you handle customer and partner data meticulously and that you handle every question or report in a clear and professional manner. You ensure that information is correct, actions are carried out in a timely manner, and involved parties are kept well informed.

Because much of the communication is written, it is important that your emails and messages are clear, error-free, and customer-oriented. You know how to communicate professionally and can convey complex information understandably. With your eye for detail, you contribute to good service towards our partners and customers.

This concerns a position for a period of six months, during which you will make an important contribution to the support of our partners and customers.

In short: you are an important link within Channel Support and ensure that cases are processed correctly, efficiently, and carefully.

Together we are

We want to become the most human-centric telecom provider in the Netherlands. We don't do that with scripts or standard answers, but with people who dare and want to make a difference in every conversation. You are on the front line of that ambition. Even if the customer doesn't see you, your impact is felt in every moment. Because when our systems work, people can work, and when people feel heard, trust is created.

Here is what we stand for

At Odido, we are there for each other. We see each other's talents. We always listen and look at what is possible. Because you are at your best when you can grow, you get all the space for that at Odido. We look together at your ambition and talent and ensure that you get the opportunities to grow in your own way.

This is what we have for you

At Odido, you work in a committed and informal team, with room to grow and take steps.

In return, we offer an attractive employment benefits package:

  • 30 vacation days (full-time) and a day off the day after Ascension Day;
  • Hybrid working: 3 days in the office, 2 days at home;
  • No company phone, but a €350 voucher to choose a phone yourself that you may keep;
  • Personal learning budget and access to more than 200 trainings and courses to continuously develop yourself;
  • A variable bonus scheme appropriate to your role;
  • A solid pension scheme via Zwitserleven;
  • Discount on your Odido Internet & TV or Klik & Klaar subscription for home;
  • A lease bike scheme for a healthy and sustainable way of traveling;
  • Employer contribution to your sports subscription - we like to invest in your vitality;
  • Access to an extensive discount platform with attractive deals on a wide range of products and services.

In short: your work matters and is seen and rewarded.

What you bring

As a Channel Support Employee, you are responsible for the careful processing and follow-up of cases coming in regarding SimWallet and cases coming in via the partner portal. You work accurately with data, monitor progress, and ensure that every case is handled correctly and completely. With your strong written communication, you inform partners and colleagues clearly, professionally, and error-free. You maintain an overview, set priorities, and coordinate where necessary to move cases forward quickly and carefully.

Furthermore, you possess:

  • You possess at least an MBO-2 level of working and thinking ability. Relevant work experience is a plus;
  • You master the Dutch language at a minimum of B2 level and have an excellent command of the English language;
  • You are available for 32 hours per week;
  • A great sense of responsibility for delivering high-quality service.

When do you fit with us (and when not)?

Despite having many different colleagues, we look for a number of typical Odido characteristics in every new colleague. For example, you must be able to deal with a changing organization. The world of communication changes every day, and we grow along with it. Being naturally curious and interested in the technology we work with and the industry we are in helps enormously.
