HR Business Partner - Mass Market

• A completed HBO or WO degree;
• At least 7 years of experience within HR, including several years as an HR Business Partner;
• Experience within a complex commercial organization;
• Knowledge of Dutch labor law;

You are the HR partner for our Mass Market business unit. From our shops across the country to the sales and marketing teams working daily on the success of our B2C market: you know the business, understand what is happening, and know what is needed to move forward.

You are decisive, pragmatic, and switch gears quickly. You look beyond the question being asked and know how to recognize the need behind it. As a result, you provide advice that not only helps today but also contributes to the ambitions of tomorrow. You combine a business mindset with sincere attention for people and are visible, accessible, and a strong sparring partner for the business.

As HR Business Partner, you are the strategic HR sparring partner to the Chief Commercial Officer for Mass Market and the primary point of contact for the MT within this business unit. You translate organizational objectives into impactful HR solutions and move effortlessly between strategic, tactical, and operational issues.

You report to the Chief People Officer and work intensively with three HR Business Partners and colleagues within Talent Management, Compensation & Benefits, Employee Relations, and HR Services.

• You advise and support managers on various HR issues;
• You coach managers on change, leadership, and the implementation of HR policies and guidelines;
• You actively build a strong collaboration with the Works Council and maintain this relationship;
• You coordinate and implement advisory requests regarding organizational changes within Mass Market;
• You ensure that talent development receives structural attention, including through People Reviews, Succession Planning, and Strategic Workforce Planning;
• You translate management information into insights that help teams and leaders make better choices;
• You initiate, lead, and support HR projects that contribute to our strategic ambitions;
• You analyze employee satisfaction and engagement data and convert this into concrete actions that truly make a difference for our people and the business.

You are someone who quickly sees what is really going on. Behind a question. In a team. Or within an organization.

You understand the dynamics of a commercial environment and are a strong sparring partner for leaders. You dare to challenge, but always do so with an eye for the person. As a result, you win trust and get things done.

• Experience within retail is a plus.
