Nice to have
You have relevant work experience within the automotive industry, preferably as a service coordinator or in a similar service-oriented role. Additionally, we find it important that you are eager to learn and motivated to further develop yourself. We are happy to invest in that.

The role
Are you strong at organizing, do you maintain an overview in a dynamic environment, and do you get energy from satisfied customers and a smoothly running workshop? Then this is your next step at Louwman Lexus Ridderkerk or Louwman Lexus Den Haag, where luxury, quality, and service experience are central.
What you'll do
You support the service department in daily operations and monitor the progress of activities. You maintain an overview of the planning, coordinate with mechanics and service advisors, and intervene where necessary. Thanks to your approach, customers experience professional, clear, and pleasant service. Additionally, you actively contribute ideas for improving processes and help to continuously increase the quality and efficiency of the aftersales.
What will you do?
Coordinating and monitoring daily service and workshop planning.
Coordinating between reception, workshop, and warehouse.
Identifying and resolving bottlenecks in the process.
Supporting the Service Manager and the service team.
Contributing to high customer satisfaction and service experience.
Thinking along about process improvements and efficiency.
