Service Coordinator in the Netherlands

At GUTS Installatietechniek, we work with over 130 driven colleagues on advising, designing, installing, maintaining, and managing technical installations in the fields of mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, and refrigeration technology. As a total installer, we realize complete solutions for both retail and utility.

From our locations in Boxtel, Landsmeer, and Wijchen, we serve clients such as Bijenkorf, Primark, WE Fashion, Kruidvat, DELA Bergman Clinics, Vastgoed Eindhoven, swimming pools, and healthcare institutions. A great example is DELA, where we, as a preferred installer, are responsible for the design and realization of the electrical, mechanical, and measurement and control installations.

To expand our service team, we are looking for a (jr) Service Coordinator who will be involved in processing reports, planning, and managing subcontractors and service technicians.

• A base salary between €3,000 and €4,500 gross per month, tailored to your knowledge, background, and experience, supplemented by a profit-sharing scheme;

• Secondary employment benefits according to the Technical Installation Company collective labor agreement (CAO). Think of 25 vacation days, 13 ADV days (reduction of working hours days), pension accrual with the PMT pension fund;

• Fault handling: receiving and registering reports, determining priority, and ensuring rapid deployment of technicians;

• Managing the service desk mailbox, customer portals, and third-party reporting;

• Scheduling technicians for maintenance, faults, and repairs;

• Maintaining contact with customers regarding planning and progress;

• Preparing quotes for small assignments or additional work;

• Processing work orders, hours, and materials for invoicing;

• Monitoring quality, safety, and customer satisfaction.

You possess at least an MBO diploma and several years of experience in a similar role or as a lead technician. Knowledge of refrigeration installations, air handling units, central heating technology, plumbing, and Priva control technology is a plus, as is experience with the Microsoft Office suite and 4PS.
