Junior Accountmanager

• A guaranteed base salary of € 3,000.- gross per month with a performance bonus that can rise to € 2,000.- extra, or a total earning capacity (OTE) of up to € 5,000.- gross per month (based on 40 hours);

THIS IS WHAT YOU WILL DO.

As a Junior Account Manager, you are responsible for operational relationship management and pool management with a commercial objective. You are the connecting factor between the hiring managers on location, our talents, and the Level.works team.

• You regularly sit at the table with branch managers, team leaders, and planners from the client to discuss schedules, performance, and acute bottlenecks on the work floor;
• You build and maintain close talent pools, test personnel needs against inflow, and are responsible for the hours worked by our practical talents;
• Do customers suddenly run short of hands or does a shift drop out? You think in solutions, switch gears immediately, and ensure that gaps in staffing are solved quickly and creatively;
• Does an assignment for one of our talents end? You ensure a new challenge at another client in no time, so that proven talent stays within Level.works;
• You work closely with Recruiters, Planners, and Senior Account Managers, accurately secure agreements and minutes in our CRM (HubSpot), and delegate operational tasks immediately.
