Junior Accountmanager - Regio Brabant

• HBO (Higher Professional Education) level of working and thinking, preferably in a commercial or technical direction
• 0-3 years of work experience in sales, customer service, or another customer-oriented role
• Interest in technology and the forklift industry
• Strong communication skills in Dutch and English
• Proactive, customer-oriented, and entrepreneurial attitude
• Strong organizational skills and a true team player
• Experience with CRM software is a plus.

To strengthen our sales team, we are looking for a Junior Accountmanager in the Brabant Region who is bursting with energy, eager to learn, and wants to develop themselves in the world of sales and technology.

As a Junior Account Manager, you will not work from our head office in Almere, but you will start your workday from home and head directly to customers and prospects in your region. This makes you flexible and always close to the customer. You are the commercial face of Crown in your region. You will work closely with experienced Account Managers and the Sales Manager to advise customers and build new relationships.

• Actively approaching potential customers and following up on leads and sales opportunities
• Presenting and demonstrating our forklifts and services
• Advising customers on our forklift and warehouse solutions, fleet management, logistical systems, and process optimization
• Preparing quotes and negotiating within set frameworks
• Maintaining customer data and sales results in our CRM system
• Performing market research and price comparisons
• Collaborating with colleagues from different departments for optimal customer solutions.
