Sales Consultant

• At least 2 years of successful experience in an independent B2B commercial role (preferably within recruitment or business services);
• Extensive experience with consultative selling, combined with the proactivity to pick up the phone and go directly to clients for advisory meetings;
• A data-driven and strategic outlook; you understand the value of B2B marketing and data in the sales process;
• Entrepreneurship, persuasiveness, and a proven track record in achieving and exceeding targets.

WHAT WE OFFER YOU.

• An OTE of € 5,000 to € 7,000 gross per month (based on 40 hours), consisting of a guaranteed base salary and a performance bonus of up to € 2,000 per month.

In this role, you are the specialist who aligns our larger clients with our services and ensures maximum acceleration in our growth markets.

THIS IS WHAT YOU WILL DO.

• Proactively approaching and opening conversations with potential clients. You do this using your network, walking through doors, and smart AI support.
• Physical advisory meetings at potential clients to think strategically about their challenges, apply consultative selling, and concretize collaborations.
• Direct collaboration with B2B marketers to continuously take go-to-market strategies, propositions, and lead conversions to a higher level.
