Senior Account Manager

• You possess HBO or WO (higher professional or university) level working and thinking abilities and speak fluent Dutch.
• You have several years of solid experience in B2B account management (preferably in recruitment/staffing).
• You enjoy working from our office in Rotterdam and are physically present at your clients throughout the country (using your lease car).
• You are a strong relationship builder with a sharp commercial eye: you immediately see where we can expand or digitalize our services and actively drive for results.

WHAT WE OFFER YOU.

• A guaranteed base salary of € 3,500 to € 5,500 with a performance bonus that goes up to € 2,000 extra, meaning a total earning capacity of up to € 7,500 gross per month (based on 40 hours);

At Level.works, we are looking for a Senior Account Manager to take charge of our top players in Transport and Logistics. Our sales team brings in the accounts; you are the strategic force that builds the collaboration at all levels and drives maximum growth.

THIS IS WHAT YOU WILL DO.

In this role, you are the commercial director of our national client portfolio within the Transport and Logistics business unit. Because we have a separate sales team for cold acquisition, your focus lies entirely on stakeholder management, DMU engagement, and account expansion.

• You are the strategic partner for logistics managers on the floor as well as board members, from Rotterdam to Venlo. You effortlessly align the interests of HR, procurement, and operations.
• You strengthen relationships with key contacts, exceed expectations, and ensure that Level.works remains the number one preferred supplier.
• You increase the utilization of hours per account by smartly pitching our flex solutions and proprietary software tools to the right decision-makers.
• You ensure a flawless onboarding of new accounts and coordinate closely on a daily basis with Recruitment to guarantee the promised quality on the floor.
