• You have at least an HBO (higher professional education) working and thinking level and speak fluent Dutch.
• You have at least one year of experience in recruitment or employment agency work.

• A guaranteed base salary of € 3,000.- with an average OTE salary of € 3,500.- and a bonus potential of up to € 5,000.- gross per month (based on 40 hours)!

THIS IS WHAT YOU WILL DO.

As a Recruitment Consultant, you take control of the complete recruitment process from A to Z. From the very first intake with a practical talent to the moment they can start their training, you guide the process. You are a full partner to your clients and think strategically about their staffing and recruitment. Because you oversee the entire process, you know exactly where the opportunities lie.

In practice, this means that you:

• Run the process from A to Z, build strong relationships with your clients, and ensure that candidates truly commit to Level.works.
• You use qualitative and quantitative insights to spot bottlenecks and directly improve our processes and technological innovations. Additionally, you continuously refine your own recruitment skills; among other things, we train you in sharp conversation techniques, such as competency-based interviewing.
• Plan and report on a weekly level, allowing you to proactively see and seize commercial opportunities in the market to expand your network.

You grow within recruitment based on your performance, not at fixed assessment moments. As soon as you meet the job requirements and demonstrate the necessary competencies, you can progress to the next step.
