The role
Are you an HR business partner who supports managers through change and development? Do you drive HR development through tactical-strategic partnership?
This is your chance to make a difference at the NOS
What you'll do
As an HR business partner, you are an important sparring partner for management, editors-in-chief, and the editorial teams within the NOS. You advise on various HR issues and support managers with changes within their teams and organizational units.
You will be working in an organization that is in significant motion. Changes in how we work (together), culture, leadership, organizational structure, and innovation in our industry demand an HR professional who stands firmly in their shoes, maintains an overview, and always seeks the connection between people, the organization, and the ambitions of our organization.
In this interesting environment, you will play a key role in further strengthening the role and positioning of HR: from operational to directional, and from advisory to co-creating.
Initially, you will work for NOS Sport and NOS Evenementen. Our business partners regularly change departments, allowing you to become acquainted with different organizational units and issues.
Advising, guiding, and supporting managers on personnel and organizational issues, including team development, absenteeism, performance, and labor relations.
Translating HR policy into practical solutions that align with the needs of your departments and the organization
Building and maintaining strong relationships with managers, works councils, and other internal stakeholders.
Contributing to HR projects on themes such as sustainable employability, leadership, inclusion, talent development, and employment conditions.
Coaching and guiding managers in their role as leaders, focused on ownership, impact, and sustainable growth.
Working with HR data and management reports in PowerBI to strengthen data-driven HR decisions.
How you'll work
We prefer to do our work largely from the office. Working from home 1-2 days per week is possible. This role is for 32-36 hours per week, with 36 hours being our preference.
Your tasks
Within the NOS, we use the job title: PO&O-adviseur (HR advisor) and we are in the process of transitioning to the role of business partner.
Who you are
You are an accessible and professional HR business partner who easily connects with different people and interests. You are strong in stakeholder management, build trust quickly, can switch rapidly between different levels, and understand the dynamics of a complex, politically sensitive organization.
