You have a completed HBO (higher professional education) degree in the field of HR, or a comparable level of knowledge
You have work experience in a similar role, preferably in a logistics (or other dynamic) environment
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, in both Dutch and English
The ability to set priorities, work independently, and remain service-oriented in a hectic environment.
You have knowledge of Dutch laws and regulations and can apply them

The role

As an HR Business Partner, you are the senior HR point of contact at our location in Tilburg. Together with your HR colleagues, you support and advise both managers and employees on a wide range of HR issues. You move effortlessly between operational, tactical, and strategic levels and deliver a visible contribution to the further professionalization of HR at the site.

What you'll do

You advise and coach managers on HR themes regarding inflow, throughput, and outflow, talent development, and performance.
You guide managers through (complex) conversations regarding, among other things, absenteeism, performance, development, and training.
You are involved in recruitment & selection, improvement processes for underperformance, and employee development.
You actively contribute to HR projects and developments at both site and regional levels.
You apply your expertise to continuously improve the quality and professionalism of HR services, with an eye for employees, customers, and stakeholders.
