Logistics Team Leader 2-shifts

• Depending on your experience, you will start between € 3,570 and € 5,360 gross per month based on a 35-hour work week, including 7.5% ATV (reduction in working hours) and an indicative hourly allowance. You work in a 2-shift service, where the amount of your hourly allowance depends on your schedule and the hours you work. If you work more hours in the evening or on Saturday, this amount may be higher. Additionally, you receive a travel allowance and staff discounts at Kruidvat, Trekpleister, and ICI PARIS XL.

Are you a coaching leader who gets energy from managing a large team AND achieving logistical results? Then the position of Logistics Team Leader Volume at AS Watson is for you. In this department, a large part of our assortment is collected for over 1,700 Kruidvat and Trekpleister stores. Using various picking systems, you and your team ensure that the right products are ready for shipment on time.

You are responsible for a team of approximately 35 permanent employees and know better than anyone how to maintain the balance between achieving results and paying attention to your people. With your connecting and coaching leadership style, you ensure a pleasant working atmosphere, a smoothly running process, and continuously improving performance. You work in a dynamic 2-shift environment where no two days are the same.

What will you do in the position of Logistics Team Leader Volume?

• Building a strong team. You coach, guide, and motivate your employees, so that they get the best out of themselves, each other, and the work every day.
• Monitoring, analyzing, and improving. You keep a sharp eye on the logistical process, signal bottlenecks in a timely manner, and ensure structural improvements.
• Steering on results AND development. You monitor KPIs, ensure optimal staffing, and create a culture of continuous improvement.
• Collaborating and communicating. You work closely with fellow Team Leaders and management and translate operational challenges into concrete solutions in the areas of safety, quality, productivity, and employee satisfaction.
