The role
Are you looking for an HR role with visible impact? Where you are close to employees, but also sit at the table with the MT?
As HR Business Partner Benelux, you work both with the MT on strategic plans and with employees on daily HR issues. You are visible, involved, and ensure that HR policy truly works in practice.
What you'll do
You ensure that HR does not only exist on paper, but works in practice. You support managers with important choices and also stand close to employees to address their questions and needs. In this way, you help both the organization and the people working there move forward. Specifically, you will take on the following:
- Advising the MT and managers within the Benelux: you think along about organizational development, performance, and talent issues and advise (both requested and unsolicited) management to make the right choices.
- First point of contact for employees: you are accessible, listen to questions and problems, and translate these into appropriate HR solutions.
- Bridging the gap between employees and management: you ensure that the interests, feedback, and ideas of employees are seriously taken into account in decisions.
- Setting up and guiding the works council: you help with setting up, guiding, and advising the council so that it functions well.
- Handling HR issues: from recruitment to absenteeism and performance, you take responsibility for proper handling.
- Improving HR processes: you identify bottlenecks, make proposals, and ensure that HR policy aligns with daily practice.
- Regularly present at multiple locations: you are visible and reachable, so that employees and management can easily approach you.
