Sr. HR Business Partner

• You have 5 to 10 years of broad HR experience, preferably in an independent, operational, and advisory HR role.
• You have excellent command of the Dutch and English languages.
• You have good knowledge of Dutch labor law, absenteeism, reintegration, and employee relations.
• You are hands-on, accurate, and switch easily between advising and executing.
• You work independently, set clear priorities, and take ownership within the applicable HR framework.

• Experience with AFAS and/or Workday is a plus.

• Good primary and secondary employment conditions, including a year-end bonus, a company car, and participation in a collective health insurance scheme.

As Senior HR Business Partner, you are the trusted HR point of contact for local management and employees at all locations in the Netherlands. You combine operational execution with sound HR advice regarding absenteeism, reintegration, employee relations, and labor law. You report to the HR Manager and work closely with the HR Representative and the Global HR Team.

• You are a trusted HR sparring partner for local management and support them with practical and targeted HR advice.
• You take ownership of daily HR processes, including onboarding, personnel changes, absenteeism, reintegration, and offboarding.
• You advise on labor law, employee relations, performance issues, and careful file building.
• You ensure that HR administration, documentation, and coordination with payroll and other supporting functions are accurate, timely, and well-organized.
• You contribute to clear, practical, and compliant HR policies and procedures that work in daily practice.
