The role
Do you want to work directly on national and international deals before they even hit the headlines? As an intern in Transaction Services at KPMG in Amstelveen, you will get the chance to delve into complex corporate finance and make it insightful for potential buyers and sellers.
As a Transaction Services intern, you will be involved in mergers, acquisitions, and IPOs. You will analyze financial results, positions, and projections, map out opportunities and threats, and determine the final equity value. Your tasks range from preparing the profit and loss statement to analyzing price and volume effects of sales data.
