As a Transaction Services Advisor, you work on acquisition trajectories and delve into the financial position of acquisition targets. You build upon financial analyses and contribute to their substantive elaboration and interpretation. In doing so, you analyze, among other things, the financial and commercial history, future expectations, and risks of companies and translate these into clear insights that are processed into reports. In this role, you regularly have contact with clients and other involved parties and make an active contribution to the course of acquisition trajectories.

You work within Transaction Services, which is part of Corporate Finance. Corporate Finance consists of approximately 25 colleagues who specialize in Debt Advisory & Restructuring (D&R), Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A), and Transaction Services (TS).

• You fathom business models and make them insightful for potential buyer(s);

• You identify commercial and financial trends, risks, and opportunities;

• You make an active contribution to Q&A sessions;

• You help in the development of junior team members to further shape their careers.

You possess decisiveness and analytical ability. You are critical, accurate, committed, integer, and patient. You are customer- and result-oriented. Additionally, you are communicatively skilled and you keep going where others stop. You work thoroughly.

Furthermore, we ask:

• Completed Master's in Accountancy, Finance, or another financial study;

• Between 3 and 6 years of work experience in a financial position;

• Affinity with mergers and acquisitions;

• A sense for language: you write and speak flawless Dutch and English.
