Finance Internship | Amsterdam hbo/wo

As a Finance intern, you will work within the financial team of Flagship Amsterdam and receive a great mix of operational and controlling tasks. You will support both accounts payable administration and financial control activities. You will learn how to maintain, check, and analyze financial administration within a fast-growing, versatile organization.

• Processing and checking purchase invoices via Klippa and Exact Online;

• Preparing weekly payment batches and staff expense claims;

• Daily bank processing for multiple operating companies;

• Checking suspense accounts and supporting month-end closings;

• Preparing and processing manual journal entries;

• Analyzing financial data (such as actual vs. budget);

• Assisting with the preparation of monthly reports.

Start date: February 2027;

Duration: at least 5 months;

Internship allowance: €500 per month;

Location: office in the heart of Amsterdam.

• You are following an hbo degree (or higher) in the field of Finance, Accountancy, Business Economics, or another relevant field;

• Living in Amsterdam or the surrounding area;

• You have an affinity with financial administration and/or controlling;

• You work accurately, are eager to learn, and show initiative;

• You have a good command of the Dutch and English languages, both spoken and written;

• Experience with Excel and/or Exact Online is a plus.
