Senior Manager ServiceNow

As a Technical Architect, you are part of an ambitious, agile-working, academically oriented team. The team consists of, among others, a project manager, ServiceNow developers, architects, and process and business consultants who go further for a client than just implementing a tool. Together with the team, you ensure that the client gets maximum value from the ServiceNow platform 

You are involved in all phases of the ServiceNow implementation process, using your technical knowledge and experience to advise clients on (complex) technology and integration issues. In this role, you act as the technical conscience of the Solution Architect.

You contribute to various types of projects in different industries, where ServiceNow is the primary underlying solution. During the implementation of ServiceNow, you are responsible for realizing the integration and system designs. You lead and guide internationally operating development teams in the (technical) realization of the solutions you have designed. You determine the development principles and ensure a consistent application of these principles.

You are able to organize your own work and provide insight into progress. You monitor the quality of the technical realization and adjust where necessary. 

• A completed Master's degree, preferably in Business Administration or Management Information Systems
• At least 6 years of experience as a ServiceNow consultant and/or Technical Architect
• A strong track record in the field of ServiceNow implementation projects
• Experience with ServiceNow ITSM, SecOps and/or Risk and integrating ServiceNow into client IT environments
• You are proficient in Dutch and English, both verbally and in writing 
• You are accustomed to working in an Agile manner.
• You have experience leading/collaborating with an international development team
• You are able to oversee the technical consequences of design choices.
• You are able to model processes.
• You are familiar with industry standards such as ITIL and IT4IT.
• You have an affinity with (generative) AI and are motivated to actively apply this technology in your daily work

• Gross monthly salary between €6,245 and €8,850 depending on your work experience, profit sharing, fixed expense allowance, and a home office allowance;
