Senior ServiceNow Consultant

• Certifications: CSA, CIS (ITSM/ITOM/HRSD/CSM), CAD, and ARCH/CTA.
• Technical skills: JavaScript/TypeScript, Java, REST/SOAP, SQL, BPMN, CI/CD, DevOps.
• Methodologies: ITIL, Agile (Scrum, SAFe), LEAN.
• Experience: At least 5 years with ServiceNow architecture projects, preferably in the public/semi-public sector.
• Proficiency in the Dutch and English languages at a minimum of B2 level.
