In this regard, ServiceNow has grown into one of our strategic platforms. Where the platform was previously primarily deployed for IT Service Management, we are now working on further development towards Customer Service Management, Enterprise Workflows, AI agents, and intelligent automation.

That is why we are looking for an experienced ServiceNow AI Developer who not only develops but also provides direction to the further growth of the platform. Someone who accelerates our path for the deployment of AI and thereby makes an important contribution to increased efficiency and better user-friendliness for our internal employees.

Furthermore, you will apply your experience and analytical thinking skills to the design, development, and optimization of solutions within the ServiceNow platform. You will work closely with Product Owners, architects, and business stakeholders throughout BDO.

Your responsibilities include, among other things:

• Developing and configuring solutions within, among others, ITSM and CSM
• Realizing integrations with Microsoft, data, and business applications.
• Implementing AI functionality within ServiceNow.
• Developing and optimizing Agentic AI solutions and AI Agents.
• Further automating business and support processes.

In the coming years, we are investing heavily in, among others:

• onboarding other service-oriented departments onto ServiceNow
• AI-based self-service with Virtual Agents
• integrations with Microsoft Copilot, data platforms, and future AI solutions.
