Due to the strong growth of the team and increasing demand from our clients, we are looking for a ServiceNow Consultant to strengthen our team immediately. As a ServiceNow Consultant, you will be part of the Enterprise Service Management (ESM) Service Line within the Cloud Infrastructure Services Business unit of Capgemini. The ESM Service Line is primarily responsible for delivering service integration solutions. The team offers a wide range of services; ranging from initial strategic advice to the delivery and implementation of projects.

Our ServiceNow Consultants play a key role in achieving success for our clients. Because you know the platform and its applications inside and out, you advise clients at both strategic and tactical levels in designing and improving ServiceNow solutions. You help clients design the best flow experiences on the ServiceNow platform. You create, monitor, and disseminate new solutions and ''best practices''. You participate in pre-sales activities by providing support for RFPs and RFIs, in which you build solid relationships with both internal teams and our clients. What you will do here includes:

• You work closely with clients to research, design, and develop innovative ServiceNow solutions to further improve their business processes
• You support both our ServiceNow developers as well as our project and commercial teams with designing ServiceNow solutions and creating cost and effort estimates
• You make recommendations for effective and cost-efficient workflows
• You are co-responsible for the overall design of innovative ServiceNow solutions
• You organize design workshops with both internal and external stakeholders to further improve the user experience and the adoption of the ServiceNow platform

You have several years of experience with ServiceNow. With your knowledge and experience, you are able to work out complex assignments for clients. For this, you bring the following:

• Fluent in Dutch and English (both spoken and written)
• 3+ years of experience in designing, configuring, testing, implementing, and/or maintaining ServiceNow or other Platform-as-a-Service (PaaS) technology platforms and associated integrations, where you have worked with at least 3 different ServiceNow modules
• ServiceNow CSA (Certified System Administrator) certificate (preferred)
• Experience designing solution architectures for one or more of the following ServiceNow applications: ITx (ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, ITAM, SecOps or GRC). Employee (HR Service Delivery) or Customer (Customer Service Management (CSM) and/or Field Service Management (FSM))
• Experience with platform implementations, migrations, and/or upgrade projects
